ABOUT

OUR PURPOSE

Brat Pack 11 is a 501c3 compliant organization that is dedicated to helping Military Brats of America's wounded and fallen heroes. We know that the hole left by the loss of a parent who served in the military, or the loneliness felt by a child whose parent is deployed, can never be truly filled, but we hope to help these children focus on their dreams and provide them with a community of support while going through a difficult situation. The difficulties they face guide us and their stories inspire us to give back. The objective is to give each child a positive focus and show that their sacrifice has not gone unnoticed.

OUR MISSION

Brat Pack 11 is an organization founded by Kenzie Rien to show Honor and Gratitude to our nation’s youngest boots on the ground. Brat Pack 11 is dedicated to supporting the children of our wounded and fallen heroes by providing them with unforgettable experiences. Whether through a wish or providing them with financial resources they need to participate in different sports, music programs, theatre, and other activities, and connecting them with a network of continued support throughout their childhood. By doing this Brat Pack 11 hopes to help these children positively cope with parents who have PTSD, Secondary PTSD, deal with the grief associated with losing a family member, and/or having one come back injured.

THE BRAT PACK CREW

  Meet Our Board Members!

Kenzie Rien

Founder & CEO

Meet Kenzie Rien, 21, "Military Child Of The Year" for the Army (2014), "Prudential Spirit of Community Award" State Honoree Winner for California (2015), Gold Recipient of the "President Volunteer Service Award" (2015), and founder of Brat Pack 11, but don't let her age fool you. Kenzie is the driving force behind this organization. At just 11 years old, while her father was deployed to Afghanistan, Kenzie was inspired to give back to other military kids. She knew that Brat Pack 11 was an essential need in today’s society to remind these Military Brats that they are not alone, that we understand their sacrifices, they have a voice and it deserves to be heard! She is passionate about growing Brat Pack 11 and is the brains behind every wish reveal. She loves bringing each military kids story to life. Kenzie is our founder, but when she's not working on the next big wish reveal, you'll find her working on her passion for acting, binge watching Netflix, or hanging out with friends!

Jeremy Gordon

Director of Operations

Meet Jeremy Gordon, Casting Director AKA #FlashGordon. He was nominated by the Artios Awards for "Outstanding Achievement in Casting" for his casting work in the film, "We're The Millers" starring Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis. Jeremy is a New Yorker through and through. He has been a Casting Director in L.A. for 13 years and loves social media. When he’s not working on the next big project or helping actors become more successful, he is hands on with helping us change lives! Jeremy is our “Go-to-Guy” when it’s wish granting time. He is Brat Pack 11’s biggest advocate and we love his passion for wanting to help others. If he doesn’t know the answer, Jeremy always finds someone who does and when he’s not keeping us in check, he’s checking out the best places to get his grub on.

Alyssa Sheridan

Director of Programs

Meet Alyssa Sheridan, a 22 year old aspiring singer and Military Brat. Alyssa is the step-daughter of a fallen hero, GySgt. Floyd Holley. Brat Pack 11 granted her a life changing wish to audition for Season 9 of "The Voice" and that inspired Alyssa to become a part of the incredible team that supports Brat Pack 11! She knows firsthand, just how hard losing a loved one is, that she jumped at the idea of becoming a part of an organization that revolves around supporting and helping families of wounded and fallen soldiers. She was amazed by the out pouring support of Brat Pack that she wanted to be a part of changing the lives of well deserving children and families. Alyssa loves performing and sharing her passion with the world. Her ultimate dream is to move people through her music. When she isn’t performing, you can find her at the gym, beach or spending time with family and friends. She lives everyday by her favorite quote, “Embrace the Suck!” –Floyd Holley
